Shake-out cruise to City Park for some laps. Starting to get crowded with walkers already. Lake smells like salt water? Ankles are sore and muscles are fatigued from yesterday. Sucked it up and gutted it out. (Only four miles, so nothing to be overly proud of.) Real run tomorrow. Need to be ready.
