Storms broke long enough to stay dry. Lookling to get out for about an hour to hour/fifteen at Easy Effort. Went for two laps around the schools and City Park on the running trails.
Unfocused dash home last night to beat the lighting has left some minor after-effects on legs. Probable cause for sluggishness and sloppy form. Started to come back some after about six miles. First and fourth miles 9:00ish. Rest 8:45ish. Should not have felt THAT tired at times. Oh well, its done, its logged, and tomorrow is a new day.
