Up for Run for Williams Syndrome 10K. No other place flat to do drills and striders, so commandeered the tennis courts. Also, RD didn't think about any of the nearly 200 participants, volunteers, and spectators having to use the restroom, so time included a trip to the woods and I forgot to stop the watch.
