Easy Run with Drills and Strides. Wednesday better than Tuesday...about half the trips on marble stairs and only four hours of windshield time.
Nothing on radar when heading out, but caught a few sprinkles here and there plus a short, light shower. Welcomed in the summer-like air. Started with 3.04 miles of jogging at 8:05 average pace. Stopped in the park for about 13:00 minutes of drills and strides. Jogged another 2.05 miles back to the house at an 8:03 average pace. Quarter, two dimes, a nickel, and twelve pennies.
