Hour Continuous Run w/ Tempo. Not too chippy this morning for obivious reasons. Cold, windy, and legs are rubber, too. Miles one and two: 8:31 and 8:30. Three miles at tempo effort on the track: 7:03 / 6:51 / 6:48. Not much in the tank. Miles six and seven: 8:18 and 8:16.
