Temp 55 Wind 6 mph.
Easy Ten. Been hitting these at around 8:45-9:00, but with no long run this week and some down days just around the corner, went ahead and turned the effort dial up one notch. Cardio is so through the roof right now, barely noticed. Around the park, out East Main to the stop light at Old Orchard Drive near the Interstate and back. About 1000 feet of inclines. Ate a week's worth of crap over a six hour period yesterday. Deserved to suffer more than I did. No money.
