Temp 53 Wind 8 mph.
Easy 50:00 Minutes with Three Strides. Started and finished in the neighborhood with a mentally mapped hilly 5ish mile route in the middle. Apparently thinking I needed to run the darkest, roughest streets in the city limits. Three strides with jog / walk recoveries before heading in. Struggled with depth perception in the dark, afraid to cut loose, and was only hitting mid to low 6s. Excuses, excuses.
