6 x 3 minutes at 5K Effort with 3 minute jog intervals. Mixing it up with first two on the track, third and fourth on hilly streets, and final two on flat/rolling streets.
#1 & #2 - 6:03 / 6:06. Both on track.
#3 - 6:30. Over two minutes of climbing into the wind. Pace slow, but effort pretty much spot on.
#4 - 6:27. About 50/50 up and down.
#5 & #6 - 6:19 / 6:13. Satisfactory.
Object was to run under control. Last race pace 6:14. This workout at 6:16. #4 could have been better.
