Temp 65 Winds Calm. Humidity 93% Dew Point 61 degrees.
Warm up. Picked up my chip, then wanted to get away from the ant farm. Jogged a couple blocks over the the Cape Central track. Went for about ten minutes, stopped for a while and stretched, then hit a couple more laps with two striders. Muggy morning, warmer than predicted. Don't feel too bad. Excited.
