8 x 0:10 - 0:12 Second Short Steep Hill Repeats w/ 2 minute walk recoveries. Using the oak tree to pole stretch of Russell Street again. Between 140 - 150 foot section; so little more than 40 meters.
First one 0:12 seconds while screwing around with Garmin. Reps 2-5 all 0:11 seconds. Reps 7-8 in 0:10 seconds. Either got a little quicker on the last three or was better at hitting lap button on Garmin.
