Notes

Various static and dynamic stretches. HS PT and core exercises prior to a very easy 20:00 minute stationary bike ride. Back issues for last five days or so. Today was the worst. Took a while to get it shook out this morning. Have a knot and numbness in upper R quad and into hip. Betting its back-related and nothing to do with running.
