Temp 29 (29) Winds Calm.
Recovery Day. Stretching, core, and HS PT. 12:00 on my seat (3.30 miles) and 20:48 on my feet (2.18 miles). Plan for tonight is more stretching, ankles, and short lift (back and shoulders).
Weds PM: Stretching, pull-ups, push-ups, hip flexor kicks and lunges.
