Notes

TM Time. Progressive 5:00 minute sessions as warm-up, intervals, and cool-down for upper-body strength (pull ups and push ups) and core. Starting to get acclimated to the TM. Since starting this running thing, have done some things right and done some things wrong...some of the right things were done on purpose and some by accident. One thing that I got absolutely spot-on right was The Beast. That is a fine machine for a hobby jogger.
