Temp 36 Winds Calm.
Hour Easy Effort. Clouds held overnight low in check, and no wind. Nice December morning to run. Diet has been somewhere between lax and crap, so hoping this is the cause of sluggishness over last few days. Effects of Monday's lift evident during dynamic stretch out prior to run.
About a 15:00 minute jaunt over to The Money Lot. Stopped for some productive coin collecting. Finished last 45:00 minutes with a trip out PP Highway, Shelby Road, TRCC, and back. Interesting there is money everywhere in the HS parking lot, but not a red cent in the JUCO lot? Smooth and fairly brisk when not running loops in parking lots; in fact, very enjoyable. Three deer and nearly ran over by one on TRCC Drive. Where's Jerry Kinnaman when you need him??
