Temp 38 (WC 31) Wind 10 mph.

Hour @ Easy Effort with drills during track laps. 40 minutes of running and no weight lifting yesterday...antsy as all hell to get out the door. Have the "brand new legs" feel. Took extended 25-minute route to track. Started with a couple of sets of shuffles and cross-overs. Finished with four controlled striders; first two into the wind, last two with it at my back. Top outs 5:04 / 5:16 / 5:25 / 5:05.

Weights tonight: chest, back or both, we'll see. Core exercises.
