Meet up with Hammer at Arena Park for weekly CBEM run. Out north and back to start, then hit a couple of striders. 4.32 miles in 35:11.
After the beatings ended, a cool-down of 3.06 in 37:11. Whew. Inhaled some pasta and cream cornbread as soon as I hit the door.
