Temp 26 (WC 19) Wind 7 mph.

Interval portion of Long Run. Second entry to keep better track of shoe miles. Plan is 4 x 1 Mile. Wanting to start at 7:00, and hope to work my way down to 6:40 or 6:35.

6:39 and 6:40. Both too fast. More relaxed on second. Not wanting to do too much too soon, so call an audible and decide to go with one more mile repeat, then finish with an 800/400/800/400 session.

6:33 for mile. 3:14 and 3:21 on 800s. Slow start on my last one as the time off finally reared its head.

Wiped out, but as long as I didn't do any real damage, this workout will be money. Probably a week ahead of where I was expecting to be.
