Temp 50 Winds Calm.

Everything this week with a purpose. Straight to the track for drills and straight back. Want to get all the residue from the weekend runs flushed out for fresh start on Tuesday. Ignoring effort/pace to focus hard on form, stride, and foot strike. Run tall and keep chin off chest. Last lap, ran the straights at 5K effort. Come Sunday, I want to know exactly what 5:50-6:00 feels like. First one at 5:48. Second at 6:18 (was still thinking about the first one and not focusing on the one at hand). Very clear, lots to do.
