Notes

12:00 minutes on an elliptical and 12:00 minutes on a stationary bike. Just moving the legs. Would normally take the day off two days before a race, but: (1) needing a flush-out after hill circuits, (2) 4+ hours in a car yesterday and today, plus (3) hours of meaningless seditary crap-work today with catered lunch of the greasiest pizza in all of central part of the state. Get to watch co-workers get fatter while listening to comments about my own weight. Will have to explain that if you spend your weekends watching sports on TV and drinking beer, 225# - 250# works well, however, if you plan on making people half your age throw up on their fancy exercise gear and over-priced shoes, then 155# is a good idea. Eye-opener again to get outside local circle of friends...several folks gaga over 20-something healthy looking kid last night at dinner who "walked" a "whole 3 miles" over the river and back from his hotel room the day before. Good for him...more than they did.
