Easy Hour. Right calf started getting tight yesterday afternoon whenever sitting around for too long. Started stretching and rolling. Tight again when waking up, loosened right up after moving around a few minutes, and no issues while running. Probably have some mild inflammation in my knee. Will be more concerned if it hangs around through the weekend. More quantity, less quality this morning...seven dimes, a nickel, and eighteen pennies.
