Recovery Run. No idea where I was or where I was going in the dark. Up S. Glenstone, left on Primrose, and over to medical complex on National. More flat than rolling. Passing financial services companies, realtors, clinics, and delis...didn't think I was in too dangerous of waters. Little longer than planned, but not a hammerfest. No R ankle issues in these shoes either. Have it on ice anyways. Optional Tune-Up on Friday and racing Saturday. Training through for HM.
