Wow, hit the street at 7:04 am. 75 degrees, no Heat Index. Typing this at 7:44 am. Its now 80 degrees with a Heat Index of 83. Another possible record high today.
Easy morning run before afternoon Speedwork (which should be a blast...see above). Very relaxed this morning, feeling great, recoveries from previous runs have been in overdrive this week. Need to take advantage. Not a lot to focus on; threw on the IPod. Another strong run, another brick in the wall.
