Hilly Long Run. Cold one, but sunny and little wind, so no problem. At City Park before sun up for a light jog, 4 x 0:15 second hill repeats with 2:00 minute walk intervals, couple of drill sets, a strider, and one last hill sprint. Hit the rent-a-john, reset the watch, and head out.

Looking at doing 15-16 in 2:00:00 to 2:15:00. Had a 15.5 mile route mapped out. Planned on heading over to Cape, looping Taylor V's neighborhood, then back via East Main. Four miles in, had to pee so bad that I just headed to Klaus Park instead. Coming back, took Old Orchard to Veterans to Main and back to mid-town. Shy some minutes, so loop downtown before heading over to high school for finish. Total of 15.45 miles at 8:16 average pace with 1499 of inclines. Feet began to feel heavy at times during last 3-4 miles, but those were my fastest splits. Long bouts of just easy, smooth, auto-glide. Probably actually ran about 0:05 seconds per mile faster due to stopping to pick up (mostly) pennies all through route.

May have to suspend my high school to park cool down walk until spring. Getting too cold. Two quarters, a dime, two nickels, and fifteen pennies.
