Temp 67 Winds Calm. Humidity 79% Dew Point 60 degrees.
Hour @ Easy Effort. Checking out the route. Nice 1.25 mile loop. Couple of small rolling hills. Well lighted. Enough to see there are no potholes. Ran it 3x in each direction. Sight lines good at all times for on-coming traffic; which there was little this time of day...remember only about 6-8 vehicles for the hour.
Little left over soreness from weight lifting. Went away quick. Toe and right ankle were uncomfortable at times on Sunday Long Run. Same today, mostly when making right turns.
