5 x 5:00 Minutes w/ 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. Start with 10K Effort and Work Down to 5K Effort. Starting and finishing on track with hills in the middle.

Results similar to Sunday; however, hills and darkness in the mix this morning. Bit of a progression. Not a shabby workout, and it did not kill me to do it.

Ghisallo Running Club meeting last night. My next 5K is in the betting pool. Saw people betting on me to run 19:20s and 19:30s. Now I know what my times were this summer, but come on...flat course in Arkansas in October is not mountain climbing in Missouri in 90 degree heat and humidity. Looks to be some "re-educating" to do. Knocked a minute off fastest wager and bet on myself.
