Deadlifts with Overhead Dumbbell Squats

Close-Stance Squats with Suitcase Squats and Dumbbell Side Dips.

Two sets of each circuit. 75% of body weight on compound movements. Toasted my HSs on run, so gave them a day off of leg curls.
