Temp 36 (WC 30) Wind 8 mph.

Forty-minute Recovery Run. Prepared to run in rain or maybe snow this morning; however, weather front moved through faster than expected, and air temps held above freezing. Roads still wet, and there was a couple of slick patches on running trails.

Legs feel like day after hard workout. Otherwise fine. Was loose after ten minutes, so had half an hour of stress free time on my feet. Thought about getting tired after thirty minutes, but sensation went away.

Thinking about keeping the treadmill sessions short: 20 - 40/50 minutes. Maybe do one morning / evening day. Do plan to throw in a few 400s mid-week just to get in about 6-10 minutes of fast leg turnover. Nothing in stone, will go on feel.
