Easy Whatever. Have some leftover post-race sharpness. Still waiting on the post-race soreness. The good new was being able to hit all but a couple of the honey holes. The bad news was that it was a penny day (23). Five dimes and a nickel, but no quarters.
Ready to move forward with no race goals in mind, but with a clear focus on training emphasis.
