Temp 51 Wind 25 mph. Gust to 32 mph.

The pure enjoyment of having nothing to do but put the body in constant motion for an hour or so. Stretching, HS PT, core, and a 20:00 minute stationary bike ride. Keeping it smooth and easy at 80-90 r.p.m. for 6.05 miles. Finally on to a 3.80 mile Recovery Jog in 34:59. Typical 24-hour weather pattern. Wind-chills in the teens yesterday, running in shorts this morning. Long-sleeve tee too warm at times on top. Was going to grab a couple more hours sleep, but needing to beat the incoming rain. No problem. Can fix that. Grandmaster runners are also good at grandmaster napping.
