Another good night's sleep. Most soreness gone. Little in the left calf worked its way out early on. Parts are starting to fall back into place. Weather heating up again. Tacked a little extra distance on this one to allow cut back tonight when its hot. Very leisurely with pee and water break half way through. Pace locked in around 9:50. First and last mile a little faster with a strider to finish. Wanting about another 6-7 miles over next 48 hours before Long Run.
