A little more wind tonight. A lot more heat. Smooth, efficient Easy Effort progressed to a 8:48 pace. Finished it off with a strider. Did some plyo and core work after run.
Gotta watch my weight. After 10-Miler was down 3 pounds going into Homecomers 5K. Was down another 3 this morning. Can't be giving up that much strenght.
