About a mile or so with Brandon S. who helped set up the course. He's showing me some of the hills and some of the bad spots. Its bad already before we have 200+ runners go through a couple of times. Check out the mud pit. Shin deep and sand. Concerned about losing a shoe, so he grabs me some duct tape from the trailer to tape my shoes on. Probably a good idea, know at least one runner who lost a shoe...think it was Billy L.
