Warm-up and cool-down for Tempo Run. Cool, but air has a muggy feel. Seem to be short on hydration, but there are signs of freshness and motion is fluid from step one. Warm-up of 2.31 miles in 20:04. Included two striders during last five minutes. Topping in mid-5s this morning. More stretching before Tempo Run.
More stretching after Tempo Run, then cool-down jog home. 1.84 miles in 15:37. Good chance will work chest and back with light weights tonight.
