Progressive TM Run @ 1.5% Incline. Started at 10:00 m/m, dropped every 5:00 minutes, ended at 8:41 m/m. HS PT in the a.m. Wanting to take advantage of having use of a leg sled for weight workout, but muscle head with tooth-pick legs camped on the thing doing sets of calf raises with five minutes of rest after each. Switched off and did 2 x 50 supersets of various squat and deadlift movements.
