Temp 45 Winds Calm.

5 x 3:00 Minutes @ 5K/10K Effort w/ 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals.

# REP -- (Pace)

#1 -- (6:34) -- Only five today, so on the track to get a jump on faster turnover.

#2 -- (6:40) -- Almost all uphill.

#3 -- (6:21) -- Into it now. Terrain rolling. No change in effort.

#4 -- (6:20) -- Ditto.

#5 -- (6:14) -- Pushed a little harder on the two hills.

First workout back where I did not check pace during rep. Ran all five on feel.

One more? Yes. Two more? May have started to get interesting. Less than ideal conditions, and these five felt pretty good. Looking back over training log for last few weeks and it appears I'm bumping quality at a bit faster rate than I'm bumping my volume. Need to make an adjustment, so will put emphasis on volume and drills this week.
