Temp 54 Winds Calm. Foggy.
Interval Workout. 4 x 4 Minutes @ 5K/10K Effort w/ 3 Minute Jog Intervals. Should cover 0.60 - 0.70 miles @ 6:00 - 6:15 pace depending on where I'm at this morning. Foggy. Staying on the track for safety and preservation of legs. Will be in the dark for about 1/2 to 3/4 of workout.
