Notes

Temp 71 Wind 4 mph.

Not the order I'd originally planned the workout, but needing to wait out some rain. Wouldn't have thought twice about running in this stuff, but a walk did not sound too appealing.

(1) Full dynamic stretch out with rolling, PTs, and flossing. (2) Core workout. (3) Two upper body lift / strength circuits.

(4) Hour walk. Got out too far and went overtime. Attempting to cover as much ground as possible without breaking into a jog. (5) 2 x 50 jumping rope with one last lift / strength circuit in between.

Rope jump to test ankle in prep to resume running first of next week. Did cause some post tib symptoms. Were not present during the actual jumping (and no mobility issues with doing the movement), but could feel it immediately after stopping both times. Will see how things respond over next 12-24 hours.

Decent morning. Three quarter, three dimes, a nickel, and thirteen pennies.
