Hilly, Humid 90:00 Minutes. Felt like doing something different. Ran an out-and-back to Cornelius's PED Production Facility and back. Over 1,000 feet of inclines. Thought I might cross paths with the man himself out getting in some miles for his big 5K throw-down-show-down with CBEGM co-founder. Nope. On the other hand, he may be planning on doing all his training orally or by injection. Did see Real-Deal DK hitting some hill repeats on Main Street. Only one penny...not a zero.
