Long Run Workout. Second in seven days.
1) About 13:00 minutes jogging to Jax Villas.
2) 5 x 60 second hill repeats.
3) Jog to track, two laps surge/strides on straights to prime.
4) AT Tempo of 20:45 at 7:40 average pace (track/hilly streets).
5) 400 recovery jog.
6) 2 x 2000 (track) at LT with 400 jog interval (average paces = 7:01 / 6:55).
7) Another 25+ minutes jogging.
Starting to get whipped back into shape. Workout took most of my mileage limit. Little time to coin collect. Still not a bad day. Quarter, two dimes, and three pennies. Will look to cash in tomorrow.
