Temp 65 Wind 5 mph.
1) Walk for about 12:00 minutes.
2) Attempt pole-to-pole run/walk intervals. Area of discomfort is shrinking. Today was only some tightness (cramping sensation) in lower mid-belly of calf. Did one lap with three run intervals. Probably could have pushed through for one more, but too encouraged with progress. Eight days in since on-set. This is not as severe as same issue with left calf in March. Coming back from that, the 8th day down was a Monday and I was back to running four miles a day by the Wednesday of the following week.
3) Finish my morning with 40:00 minutes of Bramblewood hill repeats.
