Nice evening. Plan was to go 20 minutes at Recovery Effort. Not feeling any effects from this morning and fell into Easy Effort from get-go. Went with it. 8:41 / 8:43. Mowing afterward was harder. For some reason this pair of shoes have been hurting my middle toes lately.
