Temp 48 Wind 19 mph.

Warm up for track workout. Did some shuffles and cross-overs. Been neglecting these (and couple other drills) and may have contributed to right leg strain or whatever it is. Appears to be more isolated in the upper quad. Don't notice is much when I run, more when I jump or leap...like over puddles.
