Ran around those fields where Coach had us workout in cross, found a little trail in the back that ran along the train tracks up there, and ran along the tracks for a bit. The grass and trails were a nice change of pace, I was pretty well hydrated all day, and a cold front moved through as I was running along 190, so I just kept going.
