Would have liked to see some improvement from 2 weeks ago, but my training hasn't shown anything to justify that, and I was not fully hydrated last night and this morning, sleep was a little lacking Thursday and Friday.

No complaints, except I was on the back of the 2nd heat again, but what are you gonna do about it?
