Notes

solid double. After the 3k, I moved my mile seed time back from 4:50 to 5 flat, I wanted to practice getting out comfortably and moving up throughout the race which I did. Most of the margin under 5 was from the last lap kick. Good workout, racing went just as I would have expected it to today.
