Notes
Ran with Rusty and Bruno after dinner. Legs didn't feel like moving very fast and it was a little warm. The dogs stopped about every 0.1 mi for the first 0.7 mi. Every time we stopped I felt really warm.
I wore the toe socks for the first time. They didn't feel very unusual but I think they might be too thin for me.
