Felt like I needed an easy run today. 8 min miles felt about right, any faster, I felt sluggish and out of breath even though I wasn't running that hard. I think the 3 hours weight training is taking a lot of of me even though I am not running that much right now, but had some hard running workouts last week too. I will keep the pace easy on Thursday too so maybe have a chance of running faster on Saturday.
