For mid-50's it sure felt cold! No sun and a breeze, my hands got really cold. Glad I wore long sleeves. Took it easy, last couple miles were hard as usual. Some walk breaks, some stops. Not sure what that HR spike in the last mile was all about. Walked up the power line to get home.
