Wow, where'd that speed come from? Maybe that day off yesterday was just what I needed. Wore my spikes for part of this run, mainly on the path where the plow had been but didn't need them on the road or where the brush had cleaned off the sidewalk. Did a short .25 mile out and back on the sidewalk by SRC to finish. A few stops but not bad, felt like a good hard/strong run.
