What a slushy mess! An awful run for the first and last two miles. Middle 6 were ok to good. I really thought with the rain and warm temps the snow would be gone, but it was icy slush and very slippery in spots. I got soaked feet. Left knee stiff and achey, not sure what's up with that. This wasn't much of a "long" run but longest of the week so there ya go.
